Tommy Fuss Team Returns to Boston...

for our 18th Overnight Walk and our 4th Boston Walk. Boston will forever hold special memories of cherished times spent with Tommy. As we walk these familiar streets, we will never forget all those we have lost to suicide, those who continue to struggle, and those who want to learn more. 

The 2022 US statistics are staggering:
 Suicide continues to be the 11th leading cause of death in the US. 

49,476  individuals died by suicide. 

It is estimated that there were 1.6 million attempts. 

Suicide was the 3rd leading cause of death for the 15 - 24 year old population. 

Firearms accounted for 54.64% of all suicide deaths.
 Tommy Fuss Team will be joining thousands of others who will be walking from dusk till dawn to bring hope to those affected by suicide and raise funds to support the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s work in suicide prevention research, programming and advocacy. We are proud to be a part of AFSP's goal of reducing the suicide rate by 20% by the year 2025. As we walk these familiar Boston streets, we will never forget all those we have lost to suicide, those who continue to struggle, and those who want to learn more.
